Meet the Doctor

Dr. Tyler Wallingford is an Atlantic, Iowa native; his family still resides there. Since graduating in 2017 from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry, Dr. Wallingford has been practicing for the last year at the Family Dental Center in Atlantic. His educational background also includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Athletic Training from Central College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Science – Clinical Anatomy, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. Wallingford will be seeing patients and welcomes new patients to contact Clay and Associates DDS, PLC, to schedule their next dental appointment with him. He will provide dental care for the entire family. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Community engagement and volunteer activities have been an important part of Dr. Wallingford’s dental experience. Volunteering for the Red Bird Mission, Care and Share House, Phillips Cupboard, Habitat for Humanity, Project Sealed, Summer Pre-dental Academy, Iowa Mission of Mercy (IMOM), and Kids Against Hunger are just a few of the projects he has assisted in organizing along with actively working.
